in some order of importance. Some I may do myself, others I may contract out.
-Shingles for house and garage (55 bundles worth)
-Still cleaning up property after 2 years (7 acre farmstead with house built in 1985).
-Removing 20 or so fence posts (yeah, cemented in) and cleaning a back area of the property.
-Insulating, or rather fixing the falling insulation in the garage.
-The itself brings up a ton of issues.
-Figuring out my current issues with my pressure tank and shocking the well.
-Sheetrocking my ceiling in the basement, where I cut holes (understatement) to do some duct work.
-Removing and sheet rocking in a shop that had water damage THIS PAST SPRING). Yes, I am behind.
-Replace the flush valves, etc. of the toilets in the house.
-Windows. A few at a time, and this is being contracted out.
-Fix, or remove a large deck off the kitchen (2nd story), as it slopes towards the house and wobbles. And yes, it is a floating deck. With our clay soil, I have been told this is a good thing.
-Painting at some point, although my wife seems to like to do this.
-I will need siding at some point. I went around and filled holes in the current plastic siding.
I guess those are the more immediate concerns. So expect a few post on these and other issues now that I have found this site!!
