Mosiacing outoor steps....HELP!

1. I want to put mosaic tiles on the risers & treads of my outdoor steps, what would be a great adhesive for this that can withstand the elements of occasional rain, low temps & snow?

2. Woud it be a problem if I started the project now that it is cool in Maryland?

Sounds like a job for epoxy thinset as far as durability, but it has to be a nightmare setting small mosiacs with it. It is messy to work with and expensive. Talk to someone at a real tile supplier, not a big box or tile outlet store.
