mold or pest?

I bought my house maybe ~7-8 months before I noticed this, I believe it all kinda came out at the same time however. I am in the garage very, very often, so I'm guessing it all came in around the same time but could be wrong.

These little cobweb-esque things are spread over the garage ceiling, maybe 20-30 little spots all over.

Any guesses on what this is? How would I approach it, just clean/seal?

mold or pest?

They look like spider nests. Spiders will keep the other insects at bay. Good to have .

Nice!!!!!!!! Are you positive on that, I mean should I keep an eye out for <something> just in case it's not, or is def spider webs? None are big at all, they're all those small, dense little spots.

Pretty sure it's insect. Mom should be nearby keeping watch. There should also be webs in the vicinity for catching food.

Spiders There are some moth larvae webbings that look like that too. Most garages get moths in the evenings when your out there working under the lights.

Moths definitely get into this garage, there's some spiders too but I haven't seen a ton. (***on the spider note, the spider population in the garage was, what's the word, displaced? Haha yeah the poor lil spider families were displaced when I did the garage over the past month, I kept ruining their little corners to spackle/paint/etc, so that'd kinda make sense, either them or moths - would moths be cause for concern or are bugs all gonna be fine, just molds that're bad here in small little webs?)

Just vacuum it off. You won't benefit anything from them, you'll only get the wood cosmetically ruined. There's not such thing as bug pets.
