Is this mold?

Don't really smell much of anything but I have a cold and post nasal drip.

The location is an old access hatch to pipes I believe.

Is this mold?

It's all pretty rough looking, but in some of the pictures there are what appear to be wooden studs that are clean. If there is mold growing on the masonry, it would surely have attacked the wood as well. The paper facer on the insulation has something smeared on it, but it doesn't look like mold. It's too uniform in pattern and not a typical color for molds that would attack paper. I would spray things down with a bleach solution and clean them up. Then see if anything reappears.
