modular improvements???


hey all. i love the site. im a first time home buyer, and im more than likely gonna get started with a modular. im sure i'll want to remodel parts of the house and im not real familiar with modular construction. does anyone have any tips? thanks

modular improvements???


Hi, if you need to live in the house then I recommend doing one room at a time and sealing it off from the rest of the house to cut down on dust / intrusion.

I would live in the rooms that are better initially and do up the worst rooms first getting to the better ones last. Convincing the missus is normally the problem.
