Modified Thinset question

I have read a lot of posts on here about using modified thinset to adhere stone veneer to Hardibacker...my question is how do I modify my thinset for this application?

Thanks,
Dan

You can either by a modified thinset and just add water or you can buy the additive and mix the dry thinset with it.
