Mixed Bag of Tallents

Stuck in a hotel out in the boonies of Texas....so killing some time while I have my morning coffee....no questions here....just posting up some pics of what I'm doing....

It's startup time on 3 autoclaves....I did the controls system design and programming...so now I'm managing the contractors doing the conduit install....before it's over I will have ran conduit..pulled wire...terminated...powered up....programmed...tested...with a little bit of welding along the way....and maybe some hydraulics....

This is the heating coil.....or, about 13,000 lbs of thick wall SS

It will be heated via a 24MBTU gas fired combustion system with ratio control on the air/fuel mixture....

And this is one of my control panels....for you PLC guys...CompactLogix....those boxes in lower corners are DAU's....the system has 200 thermocouples and 96 vacuum transducers....

And you guys just thought I made bad jokes, worked on my 2-story addition and threw people in jail.....

That's a bunch of wires!

Trying to keep that straight inside of your head? Not easy----

I hadn't heard about the throwing people in jail thing. I have NO criticisms to offer.

How, pray tell, is that little forklift moving a 13,000-lb coil?

Aircraft parts....aircraft like the B2 and 117 stealth fighter had their parts made in something similar. In this case, they will be used for wings...but I can't go into any more detail than that...sorry.
