looking for 203k certified builders

sheryl@lnf Newbie   Join Date: Nov 2009 Posts: 1	looking for 203k certified builders This week one of my clients had TWO local builders rejected by Wells Fargo approval committee. One of the builders did not even know of a 100K cap placed on his bid work by WF. If anyone knows of thoroughly vetted FHA 203K builders, I need one right now, for a project in NW DC.
