Leak in bathroom - subfloor and more

We found carpenter ants this Spring and on inspection found that we had a leak under the tile shower in the master bath. We did not realize this. The subfloor and boards under the subfloor are wet and some soft. I know we will have to pull the tile out of the shower to repair this but what about the subfloor and the joists? How complicated will this be to repair?

Unfortunately you can't tell until you're able to see it. If it hasn't been leaking long then the joists are probably okay, you may need to sister one or two up. Any soft or damaged plywood will have to be removed and the replacement ply supported well to take the tile.
