Laundry tub question

Hi,
I'm trying to remove the cap like objects in the back corners of the laundry tub so that i can put my washing machine waste hose down there so i can hook it up to the drain pipe but for the life of me i can't get them out. I've looked from underneath and it doesn't look like you can screw them undone and they do have a rubber o ring on them...does anyone have any ideas?

Try it with a pair of pliers. Should do the trick.

Laundry tub question

i've tried it with everything it just isn't budging, i can get it a little way out and it looks as if it has an indent on the side to perhaps use a screw driver to leaver it out but after a certain point pulling it up it gets stuck
