Kitchen sink disposal

Hi, my kitchen sink doesn't work if I don't turn on my disposal. Do I need to replace it? Or can I clean it ?

Kitchen sink disposal

Are you saying the kitchen sink won't drain unless the disposal is running?

Try dumping a few trays of ice cubes down the disposer while it's running. Follow that up with some boiling water.
