Keep bugs out

I had new windows put in my condo 6 years ago. I noticed on the screen on the frame that adjoins the window that there is a strip of a brush like material that is put on the frame of the screen that adjoins the window frame to keep the incests out. Can anyone tell me what this is called so I can buy some of these?
Thank you

I've seen it called "brush gasketing", "brush perimeter seal", "fibrous weatherstripping", and "brush weatherstripping".
