Introduction

Hi from Northern VA....My husband is much more of a diy than me...but I am slowly learning....we just finished re-landscaping/sodding our small front yard (in front of a townhome) and are now about to start on creating a patio in the back. We have decided to let "professionals lay the floor in the kitchen...(with the ever hot-topic Duraceramic)...I have seen good and bad reviews...so keeping fingers crossed has to be better than the linoleum sheet that was put down previously!
