Inexpensive exterior veneer?

I'm looking for an inexpensive and easy-to-use product for use as a veneer on an exterior cinderblock wall. The allure plank flooring delineates the product is "completely waterproof" and I was considering to try using it as an exterior veneer. Any thoughts or suggestions that may help? [BTW - it's not that I'm cheap - I'm on a fixed income and handicapped so I'm looking for quick, easy and durable.] Thank you.

The usual thing for an exterior block wall is stucco, or just use a masonary paint.
