indirect hot water tank


Hi any one there can give me info on how to install indirect hot water tank to in floor heating systam, i all ready have a boiler 300.000 btu boiler so it can handl extra loop. there are so many ways of doing this more you look in to it more confused i get. i have installed my in floor heating systam my self and it works great.

indirect hot water tank


you will need to ask a more specific questions. do you want separate controls? are you planning to use outside air to help anticipate radiant heat needs? Will you go with the shared or isolated water supply? How many zones?

Hi Bob i have 7 zone's, going to use shared water and seperate control. I have a in floor heating systam.

Many manufacturers warn you not to use a tankless unit in this way.

Yeah I wouldn't think those tankless units are designed to be run for continuous usage.

I like to conbine my indirect hot water tank to mr boiler, i like to know do i need 2ct circulator pump?
