make sure you have extra oil for that gas refill and regapping the plug after a 12 hour run.... i usually do a 6AM to 6PM run on a 4 gallon tank works great:thumbsup:

just pull the plug then and clean the carbon off :wink: during shut down............gubber

Does the carbon build up on the plugs that quickly. Just trying to learn about gererators here.

No, it doesn't. You will see more carbon than you would from the fuel-injected engines of today. Doesn't hurt anything to clean it off every 12 hours, but it is a complete waste of time. I wirebrush the plug on my generator when I change the oil - that's every 100 hours of operation. I've never gapped it.
