I need to identify this screw

Can someone identify this screw for me? Its on the bottom of a battery charger and I want to take the charger apart and see if I can figure out why one of the charging bays isnt working quite right. Also if I could know the name of the screwdriver too if it isnt the same as the screw.

Looks like a Garmin Zumo mount security screw. But they are usually just a little different than that one.

A spanner bit would very likely fit this screw. They come in a bunch of different sizes, usually the number of the screw size. Like #6 or #8. The ones I use are 1/4" hex drive.

Take an old flathead that you don't like and grind a notch in the center.

No, but you could drill out the head and replace it
