I know something Mike don't know
Watched Mike Holmes' Holmes Inspection last Sunday. One of the things he found was an underfloor heating duct that was rusted out right by the vent. He was stumped as to what caused it because he couldn't find any sources of water. But I knew immediately what caused it. Cat piss. I know this because I recently pulled down the ceiling in the basement and found exactly the same type of rusted duct. I know what caused it. It was a male cat that sprayed every corner of the house, including I might add, the ceiling (I was almost too amazed to be mad when he did it) before he was shipped off to the big litter box in the sky.
Other damage done by a spraying cat was to outlets. I had to change a number of outlets the cat sprayed because they corroded so badly they stopped working, posing a serious fire hazard in an old tinder box like mine.

I would imagine a lot of folks on here know a LOT of things that Mike don't know. 
I watch the show sometimes, but it's purely for entertainment.

I've seen them rust complety out lots of times from there not being a 6 mil. vaper barrier on the ground in crawl spaces.

Wait till Bud shows up. Sure I've seen him do some questionable things, but I enjoy the entertainment & graphics his show has provided.

Ha! I watched that episode and definitely was thinking "what the hell" when he crawled underneath that duct.
Still .... the point of his new show is that there are a lot of useless home inspectors out there. I can't even imagine how pissed off I would be if I had bought a house like that with a grade of A+ from the home inspector.

I have a feeling that if this were real life and in person...and MH was in the next room...we would have guys getting stuck, 2 people wide, in the door to be the first to tell him.
As it is, (going to another forum, registering, etc) just to say "HA-HA"....it just doesn't seem worth the effort.
