How would you build a carbonated water maker?

Everyone knows that carbonated water is used in mixed drinks and soft drinks. Some people love drinking carbonated water (seltzer) by itself with no alcohol and no flavorings of any kind. Of course, I know I can buy it at the store. But can I make it at home?

A simple web search will give more hits then bubbles in a bottle.

Ayuh,... Your Best bet is an ole restaurant, or bar soda machine, at auction, or surplus, whatever, wherever...
Then you'll need to find an industrial gas supply shop to buy a tank contract for the cylinders, 'n refills...

Cornelius kegs and a modified draft co2 system will do the trick.

Yes, and there are the Fizz Giz caps. Very cheap. Very handy. Pop a $2 Fizz Giz cap on a PET bottle & use bulk co2 storage tank & Fizz Giz compatible nozzle tip. Looks like that'll do the trick. ()
