How to soundproof my rooms?

We have neighbors who have young kids come for parties late in the early morning and they are loud.

We thought we should soundproof the windows (through which the noise comes into the house).

What materials shall I purchase to insulate the windows?

Hope you have a plan "B" because there is no plan "A".,
You can install special windows they use in proximity to airports if you want, but it would be easier and less costly to speak to your neighbor about the issue.

LOL.... We had the same problem when we were growing up with a neighbor that was renting. About the third time my dad got on the riding mower and cut grass riiiiight by the windows with no mufflers at 6am just as the sun was rising up and they were going to sleep. We didn't have no more problems.

I did talk to my neighbor. They said they would go inside their house. But once I left, they stayed on their deck and continued to be loud. They were in their 20s renting the place, and just wanted to have fun.

I called police and police showed up after 1:30 AM to ask them leave. They knew that I had called the police and cursed me with swear words.
