During full moon or new moon?

You can use one than one sentence--It's O.K.

A better description of your project will help----Mike---

The added weight of the concrete is going to be your issue. You will need a fair amount of lumber or steel to frame and form for a second floor pour.

It will cost exactly $12,482.18 more

Hope this helps, have a nice day.

Clayton: Basically, you can just add the cost of the concrete to the cost of the wood; the wood has to be there anyway to support the concrete, plus a little more wood or steel, as mentioned, to support it. Are you thinking of radiant heat in the second floor? Gypcrete is 1/2 the weight, but twice the cost.
