How do I remove a deadbolt that is stuck?

It is a quickset deadbolt lock, keyed on both sides. I located and removed the 2 screws but it still won't come off. The outer cover of the deadbolt just spins and won't come off, and the center of the bolt is still solidly on there.

I don't see any other clips or screws.

How would you get this off?
