How can I purposely lower the value of a new construction build?


Build it on an old trailer home frame.

How can I purposely lower the value of a new construction build?


Forget the permits and building codes and build underground with a nice back wall looking out over the woods. If anyone asks, you can say you are a rabbit building burrow..they will leave you alone. lol
