I got the dewalt 16 ga. straight finish nailer when it first came out a few years ago. I really like it. I was doing production trim work at the time and it was great not having to drag a hose around or have to worry about fuel cells like I did with my paslode cordless guns.
It is heavy, but I used it all day (many days doing crown all day), and I really liked it. I'd buy one again in a heartbeat.
Jay thanks for the input. Probably won't be using it until possibly end of March? With Christmas and then we are going on a cruise in the middle of March blah blah blah, but I really want to try it AND put up Craftsman style trim. But we shall see, Thanks Again
You're welcome. Also I never had any down time with the 2 batteries, using the gun all day...hardly ever jammed and if it every did very easy to un-jam, fires very fast...and not nearly as loud as the paslodes.
I even found the little built in light handy at times (like the insides of closets) and I really thought it was kind of "gimmicky", but I don't now.
