Hot Floor

I live in a 2-story condo and recently noticed the tiles in my kitchen and first floor bathroom are very warm. There are no noticeable water leaks what could be the cause?

Is there a basement?
Are there heat ducts in the floor?
Where is your hot water heater?

Stick your ear in a glass-glass sealed tightly against the side of your head and then firmly press the glass on the lavatory faucet and hold your breath for a few seconds. Do you hear any kind of hiss? Now do the same thing on the floor...do you hear a hiss there?

Hmm. Maybe Sunlight shining through Windows. Do you run Air Conditioning, or just open windows when home? Where are you located?
