High-level maintenance schedules?
 

Does anyone have links to (or anything else of the sort) for long-term house maintenance schedules? Things like "replace water heater anode rod every 5 years" and "Inspect X every 6 months", stuff like that? Not exactly looking for a really heavy level of detail, just things I need to drop onto my calendar as a reminder to check.

Been in this house 8 months now and I'm sure that there are things I should have done already that I haven't.

Which reminds me, I should probably replace the batteries in the fire and CO detectors :) .

You should check the return air filter or change it 30-60 days

Check around the exterior of the home foundation for excessive cracks.

Check around windows and doors for cracks (caulk maybe needed)

Have a professional check/clean the roof once a year.

Have your dryer vent professionally cleaned once a year.

Have a fireplace chimney cleaned once a year and inspected for cracks.

Have the furnace and AC serviced yearly.

Check weather stripping around doors and windows.

Have gas appliances serviced yearly (water heater).

Watch for excessive cracks in gypsum (could be a sign of settlement).
