Gripfill vs Unibond Bond&Seal - much difference?

(Total DIY novice here)
I bought some Gripfill to fill in and re-plug some screw fixings in our walls, which suffer from crumbly masonry, so I can remount some heavy shelves.
I also need to re-mount a corner unit in our bath-shower - just a chrome pole with some baskets attached, quite light.
It originally came with 'adhesive pads' to stick to the tiling - but of course they failed days after erecting (I did let them dry plenty etc).
Anyway - is the Gripfill the right product to use for this latter job or would something like Unibond Bond&Seal work better? Are they pretty much the same thing, or is one better in a damp environment?
Ideally I would like to be able to remove the pads from the tiles at a later date without breaking the tiles.
Thanks!
