green doug fir..how to dry it out

ok,

got a problem..bought a large amount of doug fir beams etc. they measure from 4x12 down to 6x8..all are very green! Noticed mold starting to form on em! I need to dry them down! Am building stairs with these!

How do I dry em out in my garage? 3 fans plus dehumidifier?

HELP

put up landing with the 6x8s inside that has a geothermal...heat on..got alot of cracks!

any advice?

mold is white..I know I gotta sticker the beams (separate em) for air..do i use dehumidifier or just fans?
