What do you want to know about them?

Are you talking about countertops with broken glass as aggregate in them, ground smooth? Or are you talking about actual sheet glass counters?

Sheet glass that we cut and fabricate ourselves. I have gotten a few numbers but so far not much luck. I need to know what type of license or certification we would need to fabricate ourselves as well as suppliers that sell sheets not pre-fabbed tops already finished.

If you're a DIY-er, it isn't worth it. There is a considerable amount of large machinery that is required to perform the edge polishing and profiling that a countertop would require...The investment would run into the hundreds of thousands of dollars range.

Licenses and certifications would depend on the state/municipality that you're working in. Here, you wouldn't need any.
