glass block vent removal and installation
 

I need to remove an old damaged metal framed glass block window vent and install a new plastic glass block window vent.

If someone will walk me through the process to accomplish this I will greatly appreciate it.

All I can say is "Good Luck". If you can find a way to remove the existing vent without at least cracking one surrounding glass block, your more fortunate than I've been. I would try grindign as much mortar out as you can from the outside & than try to "destroy" the vent inward. You might want to plan on replacing a few of the glass block, just in case.
