GE SunSmart Digital TImer

We have installed the above timer and have tried 10 times to get it to work correctly. I have followed the instructions exactly and yet it will not automatically start, we end up having to push the button to turn on and off.

Help

That unit appears to rely on sunrise and set times. Is there a clock in to set the time? Is the AM/PM setting correct?

I have the same problem. The lights will come on but not turn off automatically using CFL lamps.

We are having the same problem too. This is the 2nd one we have installed, thought the first one defective. We have confirmed all wiring to be correct - neutral to neutral, power to power, etc,

We can manually turn on lights, and have programmed only the Automatic setting, leaving the 7 other's alone and still it will not turn lights on dawn or dusk.
