Silly man, everyone knows that you divert the gas line into the septic system while you are working on it

Yeah!
Also, if you check for "gas" -
Make sure you use a lighter, match, propane torch!
It's always worked for me!

So you can't fix stupid. I will never forget the 1st time a gas line was hit on my job. When SDG&E showed up the main man got out of the truck smoking a cigar looked at the problem and had his men fix it while he smoked his cigar After they fixed it I asked him why was he smoking? He said and showed me that gas does not ignite from a cherry on a smoke, just don't put a spark near it....
