Garage door lock (getting in)

Dude, if someone wants into a garage, they are not going to take the time to fish a coat hanger over the door. I am sure the OP will take care of making sure their garage is secure, so you really do not have to worry.

As for clearing it up for me, what do you want to clear up?

Garage door lock (getting in)

Again, I was showing him an alternative way to get into his garage if there was a blackout. I guess there's nothing to clear up for you, you seem to get everything very clearly.

Garage door lock (getting in)

gregzoll,

Thanks for the replies.

As you indicated, my two doors are disabled from the inside. As the garage stands now, and I use the word "stands" loosely, someone would have to break in. I suppose I might get sued because of their injuries, but I won't worry about that know.

Mikegp, I do understand what you are talking about, I think. But, a simple key would be less hassle. I would have to go find a coat hanger, then a ladder, etc...
