Fuse Added to replace Rollout Switch

Another post, forgot to mention on my Bryant 345MAV048100ACKA furnace: last time furnace repair came out he shorted the rollout switch with a 3amp fuse link. Is this safe or ok or what?? wires do not go to the rollout (manual reset) switch now at all, just go through the 3 amp fuse. This didn't fix the issue anyhow but helped his finances out I'm sure.

Rollout Switch is a safety switch, at 250 degrees it shut the unit down any one that by passes it is a fool and pudding your house and family in danger. It sounds like you have a restricted secondary heat exchanger
