Floors or walls first?
Hello all. I'm in the process of doing some work at a rental I purchased.
I'm not sure which to do first, sand the floors or paint the walls? I see benefits of doing either first but want to assure myself I'm not making more work for myself. Please advise!!!! Thanks John |

Floors or walls first?
Usually I want to do anything involving the floors as last as I can - to avoid damage to them.

Floors or walls first?
I'd paint the walls, do the floor, then CAREFULLY paint the baseboard trim.
