Fix ceiling bowl to roof w/ wiring

Hello All,

Newbie here, though no doubt I'm going to be popping by a lot!
So basically I'm trying to attach an antique ceiling bowl that looks like this;

To an existing light area that has a standard rose that looks like this;

I've bought the parts from here;

But I'm baffled as to where the electrics would go?

If anyone has any idea I'd be grateful!

You need the whole thing not just the bowl, there is a base with 3 hooks on it in the pics from the ebay website that you need as well.
Probably best to get a complete kit

Thanks yes I got the whole kit.
But I'm a bit unsure as to how the whole things fits together and where the electrics go.
