Final Inspection requirments

I basically want to know what is NOT required for having a final inspection (North Carolina). For example; carpet/harwood/above-sub flooring, interior doors, major appliances...etc)

Basically, I just want to complete what I have to so that I can get the CO as soon as possible and then finish as needed.

Thank-you, in advance, for your reply!

Final Inspection requirments

A " final" inspection means just that. The job must be completed and ready to occupy. All of the other trades must have had their inspections recorded before the building inspector will do a "final", so that means that electrical and plumbing cannot still be at the rough in stages. But check with the local inspection dept., because there are as many local quirks in the codes as there are ants in the world.
