Faux Window Pane Removal?

Okay, I'm assuming the answer is no here, but is there any way to remove the hideous faux window panes in new Pella windows? At least I am pretty sure they are Pella, or something similar. The kind that are between the glass...

The previous homeowners updated the front windows and they chose these tacky ones. It's not the end of the world, but I just kind of think the are an eyesore.

If they are between the glass then you need to replace either the entire window (maybe cheaper) or each sash window
