Even flooring HELP!!!

Hello, I am having trouble with uneven hardwood floor (due to uneven subfloor, see image). Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

The solution would have been before the finished floor was put down. You're not fixing the floor at this point, but you can mask the mistake.
Pop off the saddle between the wood and tile. Install the new saddle higher on the left side of the photo so the floor lip is hidden. There will be a higher side to the saddle, but that's the cost of after thought remedies. It will be less obvious then the floor.
To minimize the tripping hazard, use a Hollywood saddle made for the space.
