Epoxy Garage Floor

I am getting ready to put epoxy on my garage floor. The house is 5 years old and when we moved in I put 4 or 5 coats of "Behr" clear water based sealer on it. I've been told that I have to acid wash or even sand it good for the epoxy to stick. What is my best solution to prepare the floor.

Epoxy Garage Floor

You need to remove the paint first. I would use a grinding cone, not sanding.
