Energy Tax Credit expires Dec 31 2013

Just a reminder that the energy tax credits for high efficiency appliances expires at the end of the year.

Water Heaters, Furnaces , Boilers, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Building Insulation, Windows, Roofs, Circulating fans used in a qualifying furnace.
Also, Biomass, Stoves that use qualified biomass fuel (whatever that means)

I agree that subsidies tend to jack up prices but that is a political discussion for another forum.
Maybe they will come down a little but I doubt they will change that much.
I would love to put in a Geothermal heat system but even with the tax credits it is still out of reach of my dollars.
