Is your breaker panel outside? Sounds like you are getting an intermittent drop on one of you legs.

Have the poco come out and look for a loose connection to the house.
You have a typical loose connection to one leg of the service.
It could be at the weather head, the meter or the panel.

The breaker is on the inside. So there is no easy fix. I have to have someone come out and check the legs?

Call them asap and and unplug everything you can.
Do not keep trying to check anything to see if it will run until this is fixed.
Got a meter and know how to use it?

Unplug everything? Can I just flip the breakers to off?
