Huh?

....if you mean that you are planning on fixing/repairing/rebuilding a porch....for "work".....I think you are on the wrong forum.

If you are starting out in the "trades"...try our sister site: "Contractor Talk".

Tho, be prepared for some "ribbing"...because you obviously sound like a "newbi".....(not a ''put down'', just a statement of fact regarding what you may face...but you will get ALOT of valuable information...)

rerufing a 70 square porch? That's one big porch to reruf.:confused1:

I'd like to see the house that has a 70 square porch!!

(Do you perhaps mean that the porch roof is 70 square feet? A "square" in roofing or siding terms means 100 square feet, or a 10'x10' area. So 70 squares would be 7000 square feet. That's . . . well, big.)

Edit to add: I looked it up, and that's a 1.5 acre roof! :D

An acre is 43,560 sf.

I'm a real math wiz, eh? :)

Ok, so it's a 0.15 acre roof. Still bigger than many city lots.

Yeah, PK likes to look smart. The rest of us will forgive the (mis)placement of the decimal point.
