Doing trenching and french drains, what else to do at same time?

I'm having an excavator come in Friday to give me a quote for several items. I'm trying to make my to-do list before the work starts --- basically what else I can have done while the big machinery is out here?

Main work:
-Trench and install gas line to street
-Trench and lay (but not install) water line to street
-Remove sinking concrete pads around house
-Insulate/waterproof foundation
-French drains and storm drains around house (not interconnected)
-Grade yard

Other things I'm thinking about:
-Trench and run water, electric, and sewer to shed (about 50ft from the house)
-French or storm drains around the shed???? (Shed is pretty big and will have a sauna in the future)
-Install water spigots and outside outlets (while there is still access to basement from outside
-Install sprinkler system around house (have about .75 acres of grass)
-Remove leaning retaining wall and remove some a concrete sidewalk in the backyard
-Landscaping over the trenches...? (lay soil, grass)

Anything else worth doing? Do I need to set some ground rules too? Like avoiding trees or my grapevine....avoiding tree roots as much as possible? The contractor is a pretty honest guy, so I don't think I'll have any problems. Just want to make sure we're on the same page
