What should i expect to pay to have deck cleaned and stained. The deck is 26 ft. long by 12ft wide, 12ft off the ground, 15 steps and approximatley 100 spindles. I have no idea. thanks

I would charge you $100 to pressure wash and $300 per coat. I usually recommend 2 coats as most people wait too long before refinishing. Bare wood, usually found on stair treads and entries require 2 coats.
