A day late

After months of researching methods of getting a thin-brick look on my kitchen walls I found no affordable alternatives and gave up - and found another idea that I love even more.

And just days after I found this other idea I saw this at Lowes:

It's hardboard panels that look exactly like brick - it's pretty realistic, actually, the bricks have a raised texture and everything. If I didn't decided to do endgrain wood bricks before i saw this I would have snagged up these hardboard sheets like a nut.

I like my wood-brick idea better, though And the wood deal is free seeing as how I have enoug wood to build a house laying around!

At this present moment in time I am making cabinets for the kitchen - just in case you wanted to know what I'm doing when I'm not around.
