Cushions on patio furniture

When it gets windy these cushions tip over. I tried using some double sided Velcro, but as you can see it doesn't work. Any help is appreciated....

You'll need more than one small piece of velcro and in the middle of the cushion will not work. You may need to sew the velcro to the cushion as they will have a weatherproofing treatment meaning the velcro glue my not stick.

May have to sew some straps or ties to the backside of the cushions. If you cannot do it, and upholstery shop should be able to help.
