craftsman edger manual (rebuilding engine)

Hi People,

I guess I nee to find a manual on my old craftsman edger, model 536796525. Not sure what the engine is, though. I think I need to actually find that out for the engine MFR and go from there? Hope this is the right forum....there was no forum here for "engines", etc.

Thanks!

Contact Sears. They found a manual for me, for a band saw made in the 50's. They have kept copies of almost everything with their name on it.

Also, there is no label on the engine. Any way to find out if its a B&S, or other?

Thanks again.

No, they didn't charge me, but it was several years ago.
