Cracked Stair Treads

Any ideas for repairing 3 cracked stair treads? I have a closed, straight staircase that's 50+ yrs old. Normal wear and tear has caused the wood to thin and in some cases crack. I'm trying to minimize costs by doing work myself and am hoping that I don't have to rebuild. Thanks for any help you can provide. Signed, Walking lightly in Phila.

Cracked Stair Treads

The treads need to be replaced
Some you can get to from underneath by removing shims and bracing, some from above by removing trim
And there is a couple different kinds of each style

Some more detailed info, and/or some more detective work on your part may be needed to help with a solution
