Condensation won't drain in A/C pan

I have a Nordyne Vexar Model 1836QA. This is in a manufactured home. I found that the condensation was up to the top of the drain pan - not draining. I have no idea where to begin to trouble shoot this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!!!

Run a snake down the drain line.

Condensation won't drain in A/C pan

Find the corner that has the drain and run a snake or stiff wire down it.

Condensation won't drain in A/C pan

Don't know the area you are from. But it is very common here in the deep south for our A/C drains to clog up with mold, mildew and other crud quite often during the summer months. About once a month mix up a mixture of hot water and bleach an flush out the drain lines. There are commercial cleaners available that may be more environmentally friendly.
